I congratulate CSR-in-Action for this very important publication on Business and Human Rights. For us at the National Human Rights Commission, the time to build a business and human rights agenda for the government is NOW; so that it can meet its obligations to the people and to businesses and prevent the conflict which often arises when businesses do not respect human rights.
