Love Quotient – Building and Sustaining High Performance Teams

The 18th C-PET training was held physically and virtually.  Over one hundred prospects applied from which CSR-in-Action nominated about 60 with 42 people eventually coming through.

The facilitator was selected after an in-house vetting and screening process essentially considering his knowledge as a dynamic speaker, insightful writer, corporate trainer, prolific songwriter, and spiritual leader. Mr. Damilola Oluwatoyinbo is a renowned professional in the public speaking sector with an accumulated wealth of experience, whose insights and the depth of his knowledge are unmatched and provide the representatives of the organizations access to the knowledge they need to perform excellently in their work and to the overall benefits of the society. 

Yet again, this training on the importance of the love quotient for CSOs and NGOs for organizations demonstrates Access Bank’s commitment to promoting excellence and professionalism amongst Civil Society Organisations, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the country and achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
