Non-profits and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) play a critical role in driving social change but often face challenges in optimising their resources, improving organisational performance, and enhancing their overall impact. The CSO Professionalism and Effectiveness Therapy (C-PET) Workshop, implemented in partnership with CSR-in-Action’s College of Sustainable Citizenship and Advocacy, is designed to help CSOs address these challenges by equipping participants with the tools and strategies to boost organisational effectiveness, professionalism, and social impact.
This workshop offers valuable insights into improving the operational efficiency of CSOs, ensuring that resources are maximised and initiatives lead to meaningful, lasting social change. Key areas of focus include strengthening governance structures, fostering a professional organisational culture, and enhancing programmatic outcomes. By addressing these areas, the workshop enables CSOs to position themselves as more effective agents of social good.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be empowered to lead their organisations with greater professionalism, improving both organisational performance and the impact of their advocacy and social programs. The C-PET workshop ensures that CSOs are equipped to remain powerful catalysts for sustainable social change and contribute positively to communities.
