Nonprofits and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) are key players in promoting social change, but many face challenges in optimising their operations to maximise impact. The CSO Professionalism and Effectiveness Therapy (C-PET) Workshop is specifically designed to strengthen the capacity of CSOs to effectively fulfil their mandate of driving social good. In partnership with CSR-in-Action’s College of Sustainable Citizenship and Advocacy and supported by Access Bank, this workshop provides participants with the essential skills and strategies to elevate organisational professionalism, effectiveness, and impact.
The workshop offers practical insights into improving organisational processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and amplifying social impact. A core focus is placed on professional development, strengthening governance structures, optimising program implementation, and refining advocacy strategies. By enhancing these areas, the workshop ensures that CSOs are better equipped to achieve their social missions and deliver meaningful change.
Upon completion, participants will be empowered to lead their CSOs with greater professionalism and enhanced operational efficiency, positioning their organisations for greater success in creating lasting positive social change. This workshop is essential for CSOs looking to strengthen their capacity to advocate for sustainable development and contribute significantly to the communities they serve.
