Would you like to sponsor an impactful award in a loved one’s honour?

As we embark on another remarkable year of celebrating human development, social justice, and community transformation, we are actively seeking sponsors to present the highly acclaimed 5th annual Community and Human Rights (CAHR) Awards Africa,  on Tuesday, 31 October 2023, in the mega city of Lagos..

CAHR Awards Africa is a stellar intervention programme of CSR-in-Action Advocacy, funded by Ford Foundation and supported by Zenera Consulting. Established in 2019, CAHR Awards Africa has been an avenue for showcasing the remarkable efforts of individuals and organisations that champion human rights, social justice, and community development across the African continent. Our prestigious annual awards ceremony is a testament to our unwavering commitment to these exceptional change-makers.

Endow an existing category or name an award after a respected figure

CAHR Awards Africa categories represent powerful, traditional symbols of the impact of our actions, which reverberate through generations. We understand the significance of acknowledging the legacies of those who have left a lasting impression in our hearts and society. And so, this year, we invite you to name an award after a corporate or personal hero that embodies governance and citizenship values. This personalised award will serve as a powerful tribute to their memory, whilst simultaneously promoting the values and principles they held dear, through facilitating the work of current social champions.

We offer various endowment packages, each designed to showcase your philanthropic spirit and commitment to social responsibility while providing you with exposure and recognition.

To thank you for encouraging greatness, the CSR-in-Action team behind the Awards, alongside our partner communication firm, Zenera Consulting, will provide you with extensive media coverage – giving you visibility in event promotions, collateral materials, and on our online platforms – and attract a diverse audience, presenting your family or brand with an exceptional marketing opportunity.
