Responsibilities:
- Facilitating buy-in to CiA’s key consulting and advocacy initiatives through communication and relationship management.
- Identifying and evaluating new customers and lucrative business opportunities to increase market share through writing (articles, news, newsletter, etc), follow-ups (LinkedIn, email, etc), and other identified media.
- Developing and pitching ideas to potential clients and partners.
- Building and growing new and existing client relationships.
- Making contributions to communication materials, including social media posts.
- Managing stakeholder engagements and relationships.
- Drafting clients’ sustainability reports and other client services, as needed.
- Strategically promoting CSR-in-Action’s products and services – locally and globally.
- Oversee external communications activities.
- Oversee Newsletter drafting, review and release.
- Newsletter
Developing newsletter topics and articles once a month. - Ensuring that the SMO delivers on a solid newsletter at the appropriate time each month.
- Working with the SMO to ensure that all team members submit their articles in a timely manner.
