Building on the foundation of our findings, we were able to:<\/p>\n\n- design a sustainability manual with relevant initiatives in line with the group\u2019s global 2030 plan and the Nigerian outlook for the future and its stakeholders\u2019 needs<\/li>\n
- design monitoring evaluation, as well as impact assessment frameworks to identify needs and measure the progress of activities in host communities<\/li>\n
- script the company\u2019s first GRI sustainability report complete with AA1000 Assurance showcasing Lafarge Africa\u2019s economic, social and environmental performance<\/li>\n
- build capacity within the organisation for both stakeholder engagement and sustainability reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
