 developing competency in community and stakeholder engagement\, this traini
 ng was designed to clearly articulate to participants how to put their best
  foot forward and take advantage of the opportunities they have ample capab
 ilities for.\n\nThe training which once again showcased Access Bank’s com
 mitment to CSOs in Nigeria was held on Wednesday\, 13 September\, 2017\, wi
 th the aim to empower CSOs with risk/benefit assessment skills on how to as
 certain current and potential concerns within communities.\n\nConsidering t
 his\, it was crucial that participants be exposed to seasoned professionals
  in the persons of Igazeuma Okoroba and Emete Tonukari\, who have unmatched
  competency in this regard. Obviously delighted by the opportunity\, the 52
  participants spanning 16 states across Nigeria\, identified several matter
 s which is summarised below:\n\n 	CSOs are not fully aware of how to priori
 tise their stakeholders. In other words\, they typically do not know which 
 stakeholder they need to engage more with\, and end up with conflicts.\n\n[
